Sky-Inn forms a part of CDC-UIS Group specialized in all type of catering and oil services. A large part of Sky-Inn management operational team has long experience in leading airports worldwide, which has reflected positively on the training and efficiency of the staff. Our services are not limited to in-flight catering solely but covers banqueting and industrial catering services as well. As we are located at Tbilisi international airport, Georgia, we count over one decade of experience in delighting the passengers of most of the world’s finest airlines. The cornerstones of our standards are our own hands-on experience, our continuing focus on customers’ needs, and most importantly their feedback to provide a high level of consistency in service and a wide range of products.

The handling and delivery of every item we produce in our facility for our customers is a high priority. A modern fleet of delivery vehicles customized to handle airline catering services complements our operation, which includes chillers and air-conditioned units to maintain meals at just the right temperature to ensure that they will be completely fresh when served to passengers thousands of miles away in the sky.

Production

Working under HACCP guidelines, the highest standards in hygiene are maintained throughout our flight kitchen, with all types of checks, balances and best practices being the norm.

Our purpose-built full in-flight kitchen is a sophisticated production facility with separate areas for each stage of production as per the most modern best practices in the industry, including bakery, pastry, vegetable preparation, hot/cold kitchens and butchery.

Our teams take pride in accommodating all requests of customers, from legacy carriers to VVIP flights, and are experts in the production of Western, Far Eastern, Subcontinental and Middle Eastern cuisine of all types, including special meals.

Hygiene & Quality Assurance

At Sky-inn, hygiene isn’t just a practice; it’s almost a religion. A multi-dimensional set of practices ensures that absolutely nothing would compromise our commitment to the safety of every item of food that we produce. These practices include:

  • Strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 (HACCP)  requirements to develop, implement, maintain and improve quality, food safety and environmental management systems.

  • Risk of cross-contamination is avoided at all stages of production and storage. Clearly defined work procedures for the production areas, including cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Comprehensive pest control and waste management systems are in place.
